Please read these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using PulseHIIT and https://pulsehiit.com website operated by PulseHIIT LLC (hereinafter referred to collectively as “Company”).
The access to and use of the Company is conditioned on acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Company.
By accessing or using the Company, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Company. This Terms & Conditions agreement is licensed by TermsFeed to the Company.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
The failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Company and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Company.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use the Company after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Liability Waiver
In consideration of the use of the exercises, workouts and nutrition tips provided by the Company, I expressly agree and contract, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, that the company and its insurers, employees, officers, directors, and associates, shall not be liable for any damages arising from any personal injury or death sustained by me, or my guest as a result of the use of the above mentioned, regardless of whether such injuries result, in whole or in part, from the negligence of the Company.
By the execution of this agreement, I accept and assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, damages, both economic and non-economic, and losses of any type, which may occur to me or my guest, and I hereby fully and forever release and discharge the company, its insurers, employees, officers, directors, and associates, from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, present or future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated, or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out the use of the website.
I expressly agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless against any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, of any person or entity, that may arise from injuries or damages sustained by me or my guest.
I agree to be solely responsible for safety and well-being of my guest and myself. I understand that the company does not provide supervision, instruction, or assistance for the exercises, workouts and nutrition tips.
I understand and acknowledge that exercise involves a potential risk of serious injury, including permanent disability and death.
I HAVE READ THE FOREGOING WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND VOLUNTARILY EXECUTED THIS DOCUMENT WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE OF ITS CONTENT.
Use of Class
I acknowledge that the classes offered by the Company are unique in nature and that the trainers utilize a concept for classes specifically designed for the Company.
By attending class and being taught by the instructors of the Company, I agree that I will not use the methods, models, organizational outline of the classes and/or fitness techniques, or training, exactly or altered, in leading or teaching my own fitness, health, or fitness related classes, whether I am certified or not, to teach fitness, health, or other fitness related classes. I further agree that I will not disclose to other trainers or fitness coaches who the methods, models, organizational outline of the classes and/or fitness techniques, or training, exactly or altered, so they may lead or teach their own fitness, health, or fitness related classes, whether they are certified or not to teach fitness, health, or other fitness related classes. I acknowledge that because the damages of the Company cannot be adequately or reasonably calculated that I agree to pay two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each violation of this clause.
Contact Length
While we don’t hold you liable to a full 6 months contract, we recommend giving the program at least 6 months to see it’s full effect.
Cancellation Policy
Charging Policy for Cancellations:
There is no charge for Cancellations.
For Annual plans, a written noticed must be sent 30 days to PulseHIIT renewal date.
Purchase Policy/ Return Policy
Without exception, all packages and membership are non-refundable, non-shareable and non-transferable.
To cancel your membership, you must complete the cancellation process on the website.
Customer Privacy Policy
We believe your information belongs to you! You can visit PulseHIIT’s website as much as you want anonymously, but if you’d like to become a member through our online store, or register or join through our online forms, you will need to provide required personal information.
We use the information you provide during the ordering process to fill your orders and provide customer service. This includes the use of cookies to track site usage.
Depending on the service you request or the forms you submit, the basic personal information we may collect and store includes name, email, profile picture, goals, and web login information.
In accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), as of June 4, 2018, IDDBA will require and document express opt-in consent from those citizens so that we may provide them with association services and communications.
