    Yup. I’m one of those people who can take 30 days or more to get a routine. It can be overwhelming and frustrating when you don’t meet the target you know.

    Having a trainer come to you sounds awesome. I’ll just have to go put myself in the workout mood because that doesn’t come in easy like other moods. Lol.
